A stamp made by Heraldry Scholar Hakyul as an experiment. Used to evolve Magic Grade [Vibrant Enhancement Heraldry] into Rare Grade and Rare Grade [Vibrant Enhancement Heraldry] into Epic Grade and to add a new additional stat on top of the existing additional stats.
